Introduction
In Dobashi lab, we analyze combustion phenomena scientifically to obtain useful knowledge in preventing and mitigating the fire and industrial explosion disasters. Our approach is mainly experimental research from laboratory scale to large scale. In addition, we work on foundational combustion theory, such as flame spreading, flame instability, and flame propagating in heterogeneous media.
